New US snack food logo needed for "Pop Art" Gourmet Popcorn

Brand Background and Product Overview

“Pop Art” is a snack food brand for a company that produces savory, organic gourmet popcorn for discriminating snack consumers. Pop Art is a new brand and it’s designed specifically for people who like new, fun and exotic flavors in snack foods. Popcorn is our canvas and we paint each kernel with delicious and unique flavors. We consider ourselves “artisans” of Popcorn and will constantly produce flavors that are new and different. The brand currently has flavors like: Rosemary with Black Summer Truffle, White Cheddar Jalapeno, Cracked White Peppercorns & Parmesan cheese, and Thai coconut curry.

Target Audience

Food loving adults 16 years of age and older.

Logo Requirements

The new logo for Pop Art needs to be something that will “Pop” off the package or sales materials. We want the new logo to be bold and unique like our flavors, but easily translated or recognized as a brand for a gourmet popcorn company. The winning logo will most likely incorporate the style of the “Pop Art” trend. If you are not familiar with what that means, please Google “pop art” and read all about it. Our company is both sophisticated and playful and we would like a logo to reflect that.
There are no restrictions on font style or colors, but we do want something that really “Pops” and can be used in conjunction with Pop Art packaging that will have many colors.

Please be mindful of others designs. We have run many contests and will report designers who steal from other competitors or who use rip-off clip art or public vector art.

Contest Winner will need to handover:
1. Unlocked vector files in either .eps or .ai format.
2. Font names and file locations including unique fonts created for the logo.
3. Jpeg color palette showing all colors used in the logo and their corresponding PMS,CMYK, RGB and HEX #s.
