Educational technology for exploring biology

We think kindergarteners should hack biology the way they do Tinkertoys, there should be more biotech startups than Starbucks, and want to do for science communications what Disney did for cartoons.

We picked a platypus as our mascot because it's the weirdest possible animal -- a crazy, mixed up egg-laying mammal that adapts and makes it work. Just when you think it's one thing, it defies categorization. That's us.

Aimed at kids, and the people who want kids to understand the most powerful technology of the 21st century. But also appealing to people who want to understand the New Biology -- so our brand and products are approachable as toys, but not goofy or juvenile.
