Logo design for the Sandhill Crane Society, a specialty program of the non-profit Friends of Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in honor of their top generous supporters.

The final design features an adult Sandhill Crane making a bold yet elegant step beyond - a metaphor for top donors going above and beyond in their financial support. The design incorporates local mountains in the frame as a nod to the organization's main logo and some of its colors. The bird integrates reed and local vegetation in positive and negative space.
