Company Description: Mooresville Commerce Center is a planned 50 acre mixed-use community that will consist of retail providers, restaurants, hospitality, multi-family, senior living and office.

Logo Description: Because the client is looking for a logo/identity simple and easy to apply for the project as a whole. So, I made this logo Simpler, Clean, and Solid.

Main Idea: A geometric logo looks cool to represent M letter and building. A negative space of M to represent Mooresville and three bar/ coloumn to represents their business (real estate/ building).
