An exclusive license means that you will get a unique logo only for you, never sold and removed from the further offers.

I will change the name and colors according to your wish and will make up to 6 revisions to polish colors, typography, and layout.

The client will get at least 6 revisions of the chosen logo concept.
Deliverables include all standard files for print and web with information about using colors, fonts, and layout variations.

IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Designer retains the right to reproduce, publish and display the deliverables in designer’s portfolios and websites, in galleries, blogs, design periodicals and other media or exhibits for the purposes of recognition of creative excellence or professional advancement, and to be credited with authorship of the deliverables in connection with such uses.

- The client agrees that in the event a Project is canceled for any reason other than Designer's failure to comply with the terms set forth, no refund will be issued and no rights will be transferred.

- The project will start when the client secures payment and realize 30% of service.

- If the client requires a faster project and that the project be finished for less than 3 days will be charged 30% more.

- The duration of the project may not exceed 9 days, starting with the date payment was secured, unless agreed otherwise.

- If the client requires a project to remain fully private, an additional 30% fee will be charged.

- Make sure to understand and agree with the above. Selecting the service will constitute acceptance of these Terms.
