Change management, communications and leadership coaching. The aim of this business is to work remotely, proving strategy and guidance to leaders so that they own the change process, so it's more sustainable and not likely to fall in a heap when we roll off the project.
Target audience is project managers, leaders and executives who have a good understanding of change but need to bounce their thinking off someone.
I want the logo to convey a sense of support, that a leader is not in it alone, and has someone who can technically guide then through a change project whilst also looking out for them and their wellbeing. a very human and heart connected way of working but in a corporate environment.

On the same hand, I quite like the logo attached (AR) which I had created years ago. It just needs to be refined and popped on a business card with the details.

I had this done a few years ago and really like it. I’m thinking if we can recreate /improve with a couple of secondary colours for the business card, that would be great.
