I chose a typographic logo option. The dots above each 'i' represented people having a conversation/shaking hands over a table.
Later, the client asked for a symbol too, so I added the emblem that symbolises a journey from one place to another. The dots indicate the start and end of this. The shape also loosely represents an 'a'. This emblem ties in, both in colour and rationale with the original handshake concept.")
