The logo clearly depicts a vacant land that has a signboard on it. The sign-board symbolizes the land selling features.")

Concept is very simple here. Incorporated the initial letters \"H\" and \"H\", tweaked those as heart and tooth to relate with the title.

The color contrast between the left and right sides of the shield gives it a 3d look. Thus the shield depicts a hallway of self-storage also.
