After spending an era, as a product person – my main focus is now behavioral strategy, where I want to help companies to convert and retain more users and achieve business goal by analyzing the psychology of a product or experience – not the ‘look’ of it. I like to work on Humans rather than Users because a good product (solution) is always built when we focus on human psychology and emotion.
